Two ministries began at Discovery this spring.

    The new Young Adults ministry has begun meeting every two months at various homes to encourage fellowship among the 20ish folk at DBC.  If you would like to be involved you can contact Willie Clark for more information.  The Clarks will host the next meeting on Fri.     The new Silver Servants is starting a ministry to those 50ish and above.  They will be meeting every few months under the leadership of seniors pastor Jerry Gary to serve each other and the body of Christ.  Read more by clicking on their new blogspot here.

Join us Feb. 7th at 6 p.m.. Dr. Hoyle has a PhD in Christian Apologetics and is a colonel who serves as chaplain in the United States Air Force Reserves. Dr. Hoyle has been actively involved in creation science missions for over 20 years.
